Continuation~~더음요

Continuation~~~

On the 2nd day of Cheusok, we~ Malaysians, Cambodians and a few of our korean buddies went travelling around the small city of Busan. So, after the morning snacks and candies, and a bit of mushroom wine (all except for Iza) we headed of onto the next shuttle outta here ( the UNI) to the small town of Sasang.

Can't help but to take a group pic while waiting for the bus ^^
Group Photo infront of the bus stop to Jagalchi Fish Market and Busan International Film Festival (PIFF)

The buses here are mad. MAD!!! They drivers drift the load of bus on the road and make jerky stops every no and then. If thats not bad enough, there weren't many seats on the bus. Perhaps only about 12 seats and thats it. So we stood most of our way there. And some of us were nauseated by the time we arrived.

First stop. PIFF

안녕! ^^

Hello! ^^
It has been 3 weeks since we arrived at Silla University, Busan, Korea.
We had a bit of difficulties with the old sunway at silla blog so we decided to create a new one. =)
So let me update you with what we've been doing for the past few days!
As you all know, mooncake festival was on the 22nd of September. In Korea, they don't celebrate mooncake festival, instead they celebrate Chuseok (Korean Thanksgiving).
So we had a few activities organized for us during that holiday! ^^

On the first day of Chuseok, our Cambodian friends (Piseth and Sok Im) brought us to Pukyong National University to celebrate mooncake festival with some of their friends whom were also Malaysians.
We played with the lanterns and ate some mooncakes too! =)

On the 2nd day, a few Korean students came and thought us about the Korean traditional food that they usually eat during Chuseok. They also taught us some Korean games which were extremely fun! ahaha
songpyeon (송편) and traditional mushroom wine

Yak Gua..ahaha..i'm not sure about the spelling..XD

Fried fish, meat mixed with vegetable and pajeon (green onion pancake)

i was learning the game "GO-STOP"..just like in those korean dramas..ahaha

Shine and Izzat was playing another game. It seems extremely fun!! =D

3 musketeers, 1 masterpiece~

The second batch of Sunway exchange students were enthusiastically discussing the details for the blog, and first and foremost- Title of the blog.

The No Idea, "What about Sunway @ Silla 2 so that it is easier for readers to locate?"
The Psychology rambler, "It's a boring title- plus the first batch of exchange students used this title already. Think of the citation and copyright"
The Smart One^^, " How about dwaeji tokkie *pig rabbit*"

Even though there was no voting session and parliamentary meeting following this, but from the winks, we know dwaeji tokki is going to be a great title for our blog.

Credits to a very famous Korean drama 미남이시네요 "You are Beautiful", hallmark of the drama is a rabbit with pig's nose, and hence the name "pig rabbit." The main actress will always make her nose like pig's whenever she feels that she can't control her feelings for the main actor- in detail, when her heart starts to beat furiously with him around.

Likewise, imagine how many times the three of us have to do the pig nose being in Silla University, Busan- a wonderful place with just nice weather, extremely nice food (especially the bread and rice cake^^), and beyond speech nice people :)

It is hard to prevent your heart from beating fast and furious when you experience such superb things right~
So, here goes~ *pig nose* ^^

Annyeong Haseyo^^ Junun dwaeji tokki ibnida *my name is pig rabbit*
