A Peek into the Past

Hihi, long time no update and here is the latest one... I participated in a program whereby Korean Government will be giving 500 000 won for each teams (total 5) to do anything they desire and my team got picked. Our 1st trip is to Gyeongju; the historical place of Silla Kingdom.

*This is the team; consists of Koreans, Malaysian, 

China Chinese and Cambodians*

*Bulguksa Temple* 

*The writings are wishes that people wrote on 

the tiles and the temple will use it as 

a roof* 

* Cheomseongdae Observatory; used by Silla

people to observe star*

*Anapji Pond; it used to be a banquet hall where royalties held

there banquets*

Here u can see wooden models of the place's structure and its really beautiful. Anapji is the only place where u shud come during the nite as lights will be lighted up to further enhance the magnificent scenery... Before we left, we tried the very famous Gyeongju bbang!
